I was hesitant to buy this machine after I read the other review it got, but I finally did and I don't regret it a bit. When it came my daughters were so excited and I just prayed it would work okay. We set it up (very easy to set up too) and let it heat up a few minutes as the instructions said and then poured the floss in and within about three seconds the cotton candy started coming out. In fact it came out so fast that we couldn't keep up with it. It. I recommend buying the bubble top accessory if your thinking about purchasing one of these, it will help keep the candy from flying all over the room, sugar too. The head spins at 35000 rpm, so it will fling sugar all over if you're not careful. Have fun! It's a blast. :)
